Declan Donnelly and Ali Astall: One half of Ant & Dec popped the question to his girlfriend - and manager - Ali Astall in November while filming I'm A Celebrity in Australia. Andy Carroll and Billi Mucklow: The footballer whisked his TOWIE girlfriend off to Rome for a surprise getaway in November and popped the question in the Italian city.
