So let's take a look at the proposals on screen for episode 2 of Will You Marry Me
Marcella & Piero garden wedding proposal on Will You Marry Me:
Under the afternoon sun, Marcella was ready to take a big step in her love story with Piero. Marcella and Piero met over 20 years ago in the club where Marcella used to DJ and have been friends ever since, Marcella travelled the world with her job for many years and when lockdown hit Piero offered her a place to stay and they have lived together since. Marcella and Piero were previously engaged but life had other plans at the time. So Marcella thought it was now the moments she would pop the question herself! She came to The Proposers for some help and with planners Lily and Toby at the helm, she crafted a proposal that beautifully represented the couple's past, present, and future because after 20 years of knowing each other and a rekindled romance there was so much to unpack.
As they strolled through the lavender paths at Kathy Brown Garden in Bedford, the air was filled with a gorgeous scent. The pathway was lined with disco balls and old photos led to a sign that read “This Way to MoMo,” a nod to the club where they first met. This charming setup celebrated their shared history, reminding them of the laughter and love they’d built together.
Next, they reached a spot showcasing their present: a vintage record player and an Andrea Bocelli album, a song that shared a special meaning for them was displayed.
Alongside this a stunning picnic awaited in the hidden hut, complete with their favourite foods and of course another disco ball. Marcella knew how much they both loved the outdoors and cherished their time walking with their dogs, making them a most to include in the big moment.
Finally, Marcella presented Piero with a beautifully engraved bangle, symbolising their enduring connection and a promise for their future. In that magical moment, surrounded by their beloved dogs, they embraced and toasted to a new chapter filled with love and adventure.
While not technically together when she popped the question the total love the couple shares for one another shined through and of course Piero said yes to an official title of fiance's!
Taijia & Natalia, Will You Marry Me TV show proposal in Queen's House:
Taijia aka T had always dreamed of a perfect moment to propose to her beloved partner, Natalia. With a heart full of love and a touch of nervousness, she turned to The Proposers for help. T envisioned a magical proposal, one that would provide Natalia with royal treatment to reflect the princess she is to her. Every detail mattered, and together with our team, we crafted a plan that would encapsulate all this as well as the love the two share.
After considering stunning locations like the London Eye and Sky Gardens, we settled on the enchanting Queen's House at Greenwich—a place that perfectly echoed their royal theme. On the day of the proposal, Natalia believed she was headed for a fun cocktail-making experience, blissfully unaware of the enchanting surprise that awaited her.
Natalia believed that they were filming content for social media to promote the bar but as T snuck away to get in position at Queen's House a rickshaw came and chauffeured Natalia like a princess to the proposal location!
As Natalia arrived at the proposal spot, she was greeted by beautiful decor that declared T's love in the most regal way. Dressed as a footman, Henry, one of our proposal planners, dramatically delivered the ring on a velvet pillow, adding a whimsical touch to the fairy-tale moment. To make the day even more personal, T had dressed their beloved teddy bears, Patchy and Proddy, in miniature wedding outfits, so they too can participate in the setting.
For the grand finale, the classic rickshaw returned and both T and Natlia drove off into the sunset and their happily-ever-after!
Keian & Georgie Proposal on Will You Marry Me E4 series:
Keian and Georgie were university sweethearts, at Bath University. So when coming to us Keian already knew he wanted to propose at the very place that had brought them together.
Georgie, is an escape room expert, thriving on challenges, so Keian alongside Anat and Lily our proposal experts, cleverly crafted an engagement that blended adventure with romance. The Proposers orchestrated a surprise escape room experience that would not only peak Georgie’s puzzle-loving spirit but also weave in personal touches that celebrated their relationship.
To make it even more special, Keian incorporated their two beloved cats into the proposal, arranging cardboard cutouts of them with our team to be included in the setup. He also wanted to share a song he had written for Georgie, capturing his feelings in a heartfelt melody. With the help of The Proposers, we managed to lure Georgie back to Bath University under the pretence of creating an escape room experience for Freshers Week. Anat, played the role of a Freshers fair employee, inviting Georgie to test out the puzzles and challenges.
Each puzzle contained hints of their relationship, starting with a shower head set up featuring Keian's favourite cologne—a sweet reminder of how Georgie would spray it on her belongings to feel close to him at times they were apart. The next challenge was a phone booth installation and we added stickers recalling a hilarious memory of when the couple hitchhiked together, with Georgie dressed as a groom and Keian as a bride. After solving the final puzzle, a warning sign and siren flared instructing Georgie to head to the lake for the next part of the experience...
As Georgie made her way to the lake, she was met with a breathtaking sight: Keian waiting for her, surrounded by photos of their cherished moments, the cat cutouts, flowers, and cute, funny quotes from their relationship. With the song album cover for "The Day We Met" (which is a photo of the two of them when they first met) as the centre of the decor. Keian proposed, capturing the magic of their journey together. In that perfect moment, surrounded by love and laughter, Georgie said yes, sealing their relationship with a promise of forever.
